Psychiatry Northwest’s goal is to provide the highest standard of care at an excellent value. Ultimately, we want our care to be affordable to those who need it. We can treat patients with and without insurance as explained below.

Medical Insurance: Psychiatry Northwest is presently accepting Premera, Regence, First Choice, and Aetna for patients who wish to utilize their insurance. For those who choose to be treated privately in regards to finances, the completion of our Insurance Waiver is required.

Out of network: We can offer tools such as an itemized receipt of payment and the services provided, regarding the possibility of reimbursement via out of network insurance. Our office is also willing to explain the process and steps you will need to take for possible insurance repayment. Please feel free to inquire when scheduling your appointment.

Doctors – Appointment Costs:

  • New Patient/Initial Evaluation – $350
  • Medication Management/ Follow-Up Visits– $150 & $250
  • ADHD Objective QbTest with interpretation– $150

ARNP & PA-C’s – Appointment Costs:

  • New Patient Evaluation – $250
  • Follow-Up Appointments – $100

Counselors & Psychotherapists – Appointment Costs:

  • New Patient Evaluation – $175
  • Follow-Up Appointments – $125

When appointments are canceled at the last minute, or when people do not show up for the appointments, that time cannot be utilized to provide care to someone else who might need that time. Also, it clogs the schedule so that earlier appointment times are not available. In order to make sure that our providers are able to utilize their time for the patients that need their services as quickly as possible, we ask that you are courteous about canceling appointments well in advance if you know you will not be able to make them.

Unfortunately, the honor system has not worked in our clinic and we have had to institute the following policy:

For new patient appointments, we will require a credit card on file. You may cancel up to 48 hours in advance of your appointment and your credit card will not be charged for any no show fees. If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice or do not show up, you will be charged the full amount of the appointment, $350 for new patients for prescribers and $175 for psychotherapists.

Follow-up Cancellation Policy: Please be sure to notify our office at least within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. If you fail to do so the following fees will be assessed to your account.

$50 Cancellation Fee for Psychiatric Services.

$125 Cancellation Fee for Psychotherapy Sessions.

We accept credit card, debit card, most HSA cards, checks, and money orders. We no longer accept cash.
